If you have changed your mind and don’t want the item after placing an order, then we will cancel your order if your items have not shipped yet. Please email us at email@example.com for confirmation. We will refund your payment straight away with the shipping cost that we charged while purchasing the product, but it may take some time to reach your bank, depending on which payment gateway you used.
We normally wait 2 hours for confirmation, which means you have 2 hours to cancel the order for a full refund. If you take more than 2 hours, then we can’t do anything. If we ship the item after 2 hours, then you have to receive the item and send it back to us with trackable shipping service. You must pay for the return shipping cost. The shipping cost we charged you when you purchased the item is non-refundable in this case.
