Return and Refund Policy 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

We do not accept returns for class membership and personal training or products that are not damaged but that the customer wants to return because they have changed their mind about the purchase. 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given (if applicable).

- Any Boxing Equipment showing signs of use

- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts.

- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Shipping

To return your product, please ship it to 4151 Lindell Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63108, USA.

 

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Returns Policy 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 days.

Note: 30 days after the date of purchase, you are no longer eligible and cannot receive a refund.
